As I’m writing this review, this is only my 4th visit here in The Greene Turtle after my really great friend highly recommended me to try it out, and since then we have sort of made it a weekly routine to meet here for happy hour. The food is amazing, along with the staff too, especially Jenna & Darnell, who I’ve known for years! I’ve been looking for a “home” hangout spot since my one favorite spot closed last year, and I believe I have found this here at The Green Turtle!
Food is very good, much better than usual at chain restaurants. Service is friendly and efficient. Especially love bartender Jenna and server Erin. Managers are always available for comments and to assist when things get really busy (David today). Mondays have become a favorite day for me to stop in. Mia is a joy behind the bar. Very nice and helpful people at every position. Try the Hog Hammers!
3 words, I...Love...Lauren P!!! She always makes my experience feel like I’m on an episode of cheers. She’s genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and knows how to treat costumers, it’s why I come back. Keep it up!!
We ordered the ultimate nachos. They were excellent. I had the grilled chicken Cesar salad with shaved parmesan cheese. It was very good. My husband had the grilled chicken Cesar wrap which he stated was very good. I would definitely recommend this out of the way restaurant.
On January 21 we laid my mother in law to rest. We called around looking for places to go to after services and it was very hard to get any who would accommodate us and the people that may come back with us because we could not give them a definite number of people. I was recommended to the Green turtle by a friend and I spoke to the manager Jim. Jim ask if I knew how many people and I told him I could not give a number as it was a party coming back after a funeral. We made the reservation for 2pm. The day of the services we finished early due to cold weather and I called Jim and he said don’t worry about it to come on over. Well they were awesome and first rate. Jim, Darnell and Jenna really took care of our family and the 30 or so people that came back with us. Jenna if I got your name wrong, I apologize. I've been going to the Turtle for years and never wrote a review. But after several great experiences I have to say Jenna and Erin not only make a great team, but really make your experience while you're there feel like your part of their family. Food is great, service is better!
Lauren and Mia are the best. They make our Monday's so enjoyable after a long day of work. The banter between me and my friends is greatly appreciated. Food is always on point and Lauren keeps the drinks flowing.

Bubbly, friendly, and always on point with drinks and service. She even made my favorite dish happen, even though it’s not on the menu anymore! Talk about above and beyond!
